Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and my dear friend's. Tired of Lock-down Extension ?.... and life seems Boredom and Blank , then this Blog is for you. Don't skip the content in between as all the points are very crucial in overcoming your stress and  isolation. So without wasting any further time , lets directly head towards those Vital points, so here we go ....

1. MAINTAIN SLEEP PATTERN AND SCHEDULE:

As we had already discussed this topic in the Latter blog , so I wont go in detail. I know the present problem as "Early to Bed and Early to Rise" sounds good in terms of words only but practicing in your day to day life  isn't that easy. All you need to do is to Minimize the sleep duration to a maximum of 8 hours in the 24 hours. OVERSLEEP causes slow functioning of your brain and slows down your body mechanism too, leading you to be a Lazy ass. Just maintain the Total Hours of Sleep in a day , thats it.

2. FINANCIAL PROBLEM , HALT OF INCOME:  πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ
Halt of income ,specially for the one's who earn their wages on a Daily basis could lead to a Stressful life . Well coming to the point , one must first get acclimatized to the  current situation that we couldn't pursue our daily work right now . BUT we can definitely pursue some kinds of online work or job for the specific period of time, such as Data entry job, online surveys, podcast, simple typing jobs , Online tution , teaching your native language or teaching any kinds of skills online and many more . BELOW MENTIONED ONLINE EARNING APPS ARE EASILY AVAILABLE ON PLAYSTORE AND ARE TRUSTWORTHY TOO. πŸ‘‡

BUT MAKE SURE  ONE THING, DOWNLOAD THE BLUE LIGHT FILTER APP SO YOUR WORK DON'T BECOME A PROBLEM FOR YOUR EYES AND BRAIN MAKING YOU FALL AGAIN INTO DEPRESSION!!!! 

3.CREATIVITY AND PRODUCTIVITY:
One of the best ways to kill your Boredom is to Analyse yourself and find out qualities you have. Be productive , generate your hobbies ...try doing random stuffs at home  which generate your Interest.  Helping your Mother in her Home works is not a bad option , if you don't find any hobbies. BUT creativity doesn't mean CHILLING ON NETFLIX AND PLAYING VIDEO GAMES ALL DAY.  Try to do something Natural ....excluding that 6 inch screenπŸ‘ˆ.

4.DIVERSITY IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:  πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ
As I've already mentioned in the Latter blog about the physical activity , that you don't need to focus on only one kind of Training ....make it Diverse including AEROBICS, YOGA , CARDIO, STRENGTH STRAINING , BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES etc. Make a concept like , stress is directly proportional to the Sweat of your body. The More you sweat , the more Stress is being released and that's how you would gonna keep your mind engaged , away from loneliness. Hit those physical Activities which attracts you the most , but it should be a Physical activity NOT SCREEN ACTIVITY.

5.EXPRESS YOUR ONGOING THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS: πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ
Expressions are a vital part of human life. If you don't express yourself , people won't understand you and your feelings in terms of love, anxiety , anger, stress or loneliness etc. People holds an perspective of yours on the basis of your expressions , so discuss them with the peoples around you or with the ones whom you Trust , as Sharing is Caring.  Make calls everyday to your loved one's and express your feelings to them , as COMMUNICATION IS KEY FOR EVERY MAJOR AND MINOR THING.

Well if you don't want to share it ,then all you can do is that took a sheet of paper and start writing about your problems along with their causes in a serial manner and start solving them one by one on your own by applying your OWN MATURITY. 

6.RE-FRAME THE LOCK DOWN ON YOUR OWN:   
As the sentence suggests "Be Your Own Boss". Don't consider Lockdown as a confinement to yourself. You should develop a statement like this in you mind πŸ‘‡

             "YES I'M STUCK INSIDE ,AND NOW I CAN FINALLY FOCUS ON MYSELF 
             AND CULTIVATE MYSELF , DEVELOP MY INNER-SELF AND COULD ALSO 
              UNDERSTAND MY FAMILY AS I HAVE PLENTY OF TIME"
So plan out a perfect schedule on your own for the upcoming days for yourself by writing respective day's tasks on a piece of paper or note it in your cell phone to get the Best Version of you!!!
